Governor Kehoe Announces Two Judicial Appointments
JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced two judicial appointments to the 2nd and 25th Judicial Circuits.
Andrew A. Boster, of Edina, was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Knox County in the 2nd Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Boster currently serves as the prosecuting attorney of Knox County and the assistant prosecuting attorney of Adair County. He remains an active member of his community, serving as a member of the Rotary Club of Knox County. Boster holds an associate's degree in general studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a bachelor's degree in Russian and Eastern European studies from the University of Oregon. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Boster will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Thomas P. Redington.
Brian G. Ellsworth, of Cabool, was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Texas County in the 25th Judicial Circuit
Mr. Ellsworth previously served as an attorney in the Office of Legal Ethics Counsel and Advisory Committee of the Supreme Court of Missouri before transitioning to private practice. He currently serves as a member and past president of the Cabool Kiwanis Club. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration in English from Drury University and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill. Ellsworth will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Brad D. Eidson.
