Kamala Harris surrogate Rep. Ro Khanna went on CNBC this morning and slammed Kamala Harris' plan to tax unrealized gains.
Rep. Ro Khanna told CNBC he doesn't think the proposal is a "good thing," and said: "Do you really want the entrepreneurs to be forced to sell their companies to larger institutions and decline in value?"
