Kickstart Your Holiday Season at the Annual Coopersburg Tree Lighting Ceremony
Event Information:
The Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Coopersburg Borough and Coopersburg Fire Rescue, warmly invite you to experience the magic of the holiday season at this year's Annual Coopersburg Tree Lighting Ceremony! This year’s event is scheduled for November 30th, 2024 at Coopersburg Borough Hall, located at 5 N Main St, Coopersburg, PA 18036.
The celebration begins at 6:00PM with Santa’s grand arrival at Coopersburg Town Center Park. Giving Santa a night off at his busiest time of the year would not be possible without some amazing community supporters like the Lehigh Valley Humane Society! When asked how they made this possible, Hal Warner President and CEO of the Lehigh Valley Humane Society did not give away any secrets (we think the elves gave the cats and dogs some extra magic to help for the night), but stated “The Lehigh Valley Humane Society is proud to once again sponsor the annual Coopersburg Tree Lighting for this holiday season. We look forward to seeing everyone at this amazingly fun, family friendly event!”.
After Santa’s magical entrance, he will be available for free photos thanks in part to Lindsay Lerch Photography. If you’re feeling extra cheery, donations will be accepted to support the Southern Lehigh Scholarship Fund.
New to this year are a variety of delicious food options that are sure to tantalize your taste buds! Come hungry and treat yourself to mouthwatering meals and festive drinks from local favorites like Good Jake's, Mama’s Majik Kitchen, Let’s Go Coffee, Sage Alley Brewing and more! You can also explore the event’s unique offerings, from shopping for holiday gifts with local vendors to giving back to the community by purchasing a beautiful Christmas tree in support of the Coopersburg Fire Company, or a tabletop poinsettia to support the Southern Lehigh Scholarship Fund!
Along with local vendors and delicious food options for you to enjoy throughout the evening, you’ll find yourself immersed a festive atmosphere brimming with holiday activities like a cozy hayride through the charming, decorated streets of Coopersburg thanks in partnership to Hausman’s Fruit Farm or meeting Santa’s Reindeer. The kids are sure to have a blast with complimentary crafts and toys thanks to Wehrung’s, Designing Wealth Management of Raymond James, and Truist, and interacting with iconic holiday characters, thanks to our partners at J.P. Mascaro.
Before the winter wonderland comes to a close, gather around with family and friends for the highly anticipated Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7:30PM! Another key supporter of this year’s event is Meesha Aesthetics! When asked about their participation, Marketing Manager Lisa Silvaggio commented, “As the holiday season shines bright [like the lights on the tree], we’re here to keep the glow going strong – inside and out! We’re all about helping our community sparkle a little brighter.” This event is free to attend, making it the perfect opportunity for friends, family, and neighbors to come together, celebrate, and create cherished holiday memories.
