worth the $33 ($28 + fee)

On occasion, like to spend my money for a review. Try to give a better perspective / complete version of something. Individual film price at Tribeca Festival 2024 a great chance. Main film I wanted to review was sold out when decision was made. It was not available through Virtual Press Pass.

Bus going through New Jersey (seriously last-minute decision). Scrolled through other films / found one that caught my attention. Finding individual film prices not that easy. Tribeca has a main section for passes (mostly sold by festival start). If you can't afford one / want to only check out 1 or 2 films, a little challenging. You had to click on film, check screenings, click on the one you want to attend. Thankfully, they let you know if tickets are available in film's section. You either click to purchase or "Rush" appears. There was a technical glitch which festival customer service replied to an e-mail.

$33 for a film ticket is a little steep for some people. $14.50 for small popcorn / soda, very little different than most theaters, yes! Finally, Main Question: worth the price?

If you are on a tighter budget, yes. If you only want 1 or 2 films, yes. For the overall experience including conversations / meeting new people, definitely. Dropped another $33 following Saturday for main film wanted to review. That should give you a better idea.
