ALLENTOWN – Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. (Isett) is proud to announce that the firm has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2022. This marks the fourth year in a row that Isett has earned this statewide recognition. The Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in PA is a research-based program managed by Best Companies Group that examines a company’s practices, programs, and benefits. Along with external evaluation, the program distributes a confidential survey to all employees within the company to assess their overall employee experience. Those companies that meet the determined criteria are considered the Best Places to Work in PA. Isett has been recognized with 119 other businesses in this statewide list across small-, midsize- and large employer categories. The Best Places to Work in PA ranking is proudly embraced by employers as third-party validation of its credibility to stand out to clients, partners, and most importantly, job seekers. Founded by Barry and Shirley Isett and now in its 45th year of operation, the company has treated its associates like family while fulfilling its purpose to deliver multi-discipline engineering and consulting services that enrich the community. “Not only is it an honor to be named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2022, but the program’s survey provides invaluable insight into our employees’ satisfaction and our overall performance as an employer,” said Kimberli Kyra, PHR, Human Resources Director of Barry Isett & Associates. “We will identify topics of importance to implement new programs or processes to improve the situation,” said Kyra. According to Isett’s President and CEO Kevin Campbell, PE, LEED AP, “Isett is an employee-owned company, so by definition, we own our culture. Our number one priority is a healthy work environment for our associates. We all share the credit for establishing this positive work environment and are all responsible for maintaining it. We are thrilled to be recognized as a Best Place to Work in PA for the past four years.” Founded in 1977, Barry Isett & Associates, Inc., is a multi-discipline and full-service engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Allentown, PA, employing more than 250 associates. Isett has eight offices elsewhere in eastern and central Pennsylvania—Hazleton, Olyphant, Mechanicsburg, Phoenixville, Furlong, Stroudsburg, Wilkes-Barre, and Wyomissing. The firm instituted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 1998.
