Christmas morning 2023:
Woke up at 6 a.m. WHAT AM I DOING??? Christmas morning / New York City / nothing on agenda. Waking up 2nd time, headed to Bryant Park. 10:30 a.m. already starting to get packed. Confirmed: I love regular hot chocolate, not the Italian version (too much of a kick). No offense to Italians in the slightest!
Seriously, 2nd time waking up Christmas morning in NYC. City like this one is the best, seeing people on the streets / vehicles / watching city come to life. Bryant Park was 1st stop Christmas Day. Like I said, nothing on agenda (weird), headed down Broadway with a few usual stops (Madison / Union Squares). It was good to get away from Times Square area.
Ending the day back at Bryant Park, good luck moving especially in food areas. Like Times Square at midnight Christmas Eve, leaving, one last look around. Not one for memories / looking back. For some strange reason, wanted to remember the moment.
NYC is a great place for entire holiday season. Especially Christmas Eve, there is something truly magical about the city. Waking up Christmas morning / walking around with the people / traffic / everything at Bryant Park. Even at a hotel, almost made me feel the excitement of being a kid (finding out what Santa brought).
