Chairman Williams Along with Reps. Schneider, Ellzey, and McGarvey Introduce Bipartisan Legislation to Support Veteran Entrepreneurship Program
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Chairman Roger Williams (R-TX), along with Reps. Schneider (D-IL), Ellzey (R-TX), and McGarvey (D-KY) introduced bipartisan legislation to authorize the Boots to Business (B2B) program that aims to assist transitioning service members to start and grow their own businesses.
“After dedicating their lives to protect the freedom of all Americans, it is critical we give our veterans the tools and resources to be successful when transitioning to civilian life,” said Chairman Williams. “Veterans are natural leaders with the dedication necessary to thrive in the private sector with the right training. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work with my colleagues on this bipartisan legislation to improve the Boots to Business program.”
