Philadelphia calls it a Holiday Tree. Seriously nothing wrong with that. I say Happy Holidays to everyone for a few reasons. Multiple holidays between Halloween / Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. Different cultures / nationalities celebrate these holidays in U.S. Happy Holidays / Holiday tree pretty much covers everything in a simple way. Tree base includes different nationalities. Important point not mentioned in other media. Liberty Bell as a tree topper / beautiful decorations / colored lights make this tree different from others. Pay close attention to the base when visiting / viewing. Philadelphia Holiday Tree is the PERFECT way to highlight Christmas Village (City Hall) / Winter Garden (Dilworth Park) / Christmas Village (Love Park)! Day or night, it is very beautiful.

Welcome to part 3 of what I call Christmas Town in Philadelphia. Basically: 3 Christmas Villages (Love Park / Dilworth Park / City Hall) combine to give you an incredible shopping / fun / Philadelphia Holiday Experience! Ok, if you start at City Hall, part 1.

Christmas Village / City Hall features more than great vendors / food / beverages. 2 level carousel inside courtyard at $5 a ride giving the kids some fun. Never hurts to feel like a kid again, especially this time of year. Exit City Hall on one side, more fun: Ferris Wheel / train for kids only. More great gift ideas. Like Love Park, huts look like a German Christmas Village.

Make sure to stick around after sunset, one of my most important holiday traditions. Animated light show on full height of City Hall (Dilworth Park side).
