Ms. Noelle closed out runway part of Infinite Exposure's event / NYFW Fall 2023 / The Penthouse.
Ms. Noelle seriously proved fashion should never have limits. Her imagination / creativity / no fear of challenges (I can't imagine difficulties in some of her designs). A fashion designer at the front edge of creating new limits / making new statements. 2 of her creations seriously stand out for me...
Middle eastern exotic merges with city streets. In a major sense, making me think of belly dancers. The loose flow / full veil / intentional holes throughout combine showing off your mysterious side. Making people realize there is more than surface illusions.

Design #2 standing out? Long red latex (I think...) dress. Immediately, I thought of Mina from Dracula. Long, flowing train with intentional large hole would be perfect for the bride who wants to be remembered in the best of ways. I am very serious here. Not only for Halloween in the slightest, this dress will make people realize how serious and challenging you are. Projecting your "Not backing down from anything / anyone" attitude.

Ms. Noelle's other creations range: casual / formal / seriously different (scroll through photos). Dark, gothic (male / female) kind of event specific here. Formal dresses where you can go from business meeting to more upscale night out without stopping for a quick change. Males: casual / fun night out. In case you would meet someone, can still pull of a relaxed date / night out with significant other. Female casual: walking down any street and get a few nice looks. Hanging out with friends / forget about life for a few.
I can't quite figure out why, in some of Ms. Noelle's creations, it appears she relies on personal experience / life for inspiration and ideas.
