Federal Court In Rhode Island Dismissed A Frivolous 14th Amendment Challenge From A Gadfly Presidential Candidate. “A federal court in Rhode Island on Monday dismissed the latest case attempting to keep former President Donald Trump off the state’s ballot over the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Colorado State Court Ruled In Trump’s Favor, Placing Him On The 2024 Ballot. “Former President Donald Trump's name will remain on the Colorado 2024 presidential primary ballot, a judge ruled Friday. ‘The court orders the Secretary of State to place Donald J.
