Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross Endorses President Donald J. Trump
Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross released the following statement announcing his endorsement of President Donald J. Trump:
"For four years as Secretary of Commerce, it was my profound honor to work closely with one of the greatest presidents in American history, President Donald J. Trump. I traveled all over the world with the President, from the Middle East to China to Europe, and I can say with certainty that no leader in the history of the United States has ever fought on behalf of American workers, American families, and American jobs with the commitment, energy, and devotion of President Trump. I watched him overcome every obstacle and work tirelessly to fulfill his promises to the American People, from renegotiating and replacing NAFTA to standing up to China, to getting our allies to pay their fair share. Other countries respected President Trump, and they respected America under his leadership. His courage and determination are exactly what our country needs right now to save America from the disastrous situation Joe Biden has created. I wholeheartedly endorse him to be our 47th president. It is time for the entire Republican Party to unify behind him, stop wasting money and resources on other candidates, and focus on defeating Joe Biden this November. I know Nikki Haley well and respect her, but she is not what is needed to beat Joe Biden. President Trump is the right candidate for this election."
